How long will it take to receive my order?

Our average shipping time is 5-7 business days within the UK.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us. While we don’t have a live location tracking page on the site just yet, your email will confirm that your tech is on its way!

I ordered multiple items, why did only one arrive?

To get your products to you as fast as possible, we sometimes ship items from different fulfillment centers. This means your items might arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. Don’t worry—the rest of your order is close behind!

Orders & Changes

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept all major secure payment methods, including Stripe (Credit/Debit cards), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days for a refund.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives defective or damaged, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately to make it right.
